Crash Planet - RMIT Animation and Interactive Media Studio 5 Project (Pitch, Please)
CRASH PLANET
Two alien sisters crash their mum’s spaceship into Earth. They must learn to survive day-to-day life on an alien planet, as well as figure out how to fix their mum’s spaceship so they can go home.
In this short, Em and Izzy desperately try to refuel their spaceship, completely misunderstanding the purpose of 'fast food'.

In Pitch, Please, each member of our class conceptualised and produced an individual pitch for a television show or short. We presented our pitches to the class as well as two special guests, Laura DiMaio and Jess Hopcraft, from the animation studio Princess Bento. My pitch was one of the two that the class voted to turn into a complete short.
In addition to creating the original concept and pitch document, I was the head of character design. During the process of preparing our submission, I made an 11-page character design document. I also checked over other people's work and offered my input on what I felt would be nice for secondary character designs and prop designs.
