HAUSEN
HAUSEN is a dark fantasy short film and my RMIT capstone project. It was created with the intent to tell an engaging story that leaves its audience thinking and to facilitate elements of tension, body horror, and existential terror.
In HAUSEN, a hiker finds a house in the wilderness. Desperate for shelter, she breaks in, only to find the house already inhabited. A beautiful fairy seems to transport her into another, much better world. While the hiker is charmed, it’s all soon revealed to be a trick.
